Thank you for your interest in being a volunteer in your child’s parent teacher organization, we have an incredible group of volunteers, but we are overwhelmed and need your help. You can sign up with no experience!! Training and support is provided ![]()
There are a few different ways to sign up.
1. Online! Pick an available committee volunteer opportunity.
At the bottom of this page enter your name and email and in the comment section write your phone number, volunteer interests along with anything else you wish to write, then click the “post comment” button.
2. Electronic! Fill out this form, print it PDF then email it to clptopres@yahoo.com.
3. In person @ the Open House! Fill out this form, and bring it to the open house and return to Claudia Alm

Committee Details
Book Fair
Mrs. Hoffman needs assistance setting up for the Book Fair, as well as working the check out table at the event.
Craft Fair
Help is needed to set up, work at the concession stand, and clean up after the event.
Fall Fundraiser
This group of volunteers’ reviews, selects, and manages fundraising projects for the school, most importantly the Fall Fundraiser. In that Fall Fundraiser, the committee has specific responsibilities, which include checking order forms, counting money, managing the receipt of orders, sort and hand out previously ordered merchandise during a scheduled pick-up time.
Family Fun Nights
Great for the working parent – these events are held in the evening! Organize various Family Nights throughout the year.
Fun Fest Spring Fundraiser
This committee would provide a Spring carnival/festival day of activities, games, food, raffles, and fun for the students and families. that would benefit the playground. If there is interest in Chairing, Co-chairing or simply volunteering for this, please mark the Fun Fest box on the volunteer form.
Hospitality
This is a list of those willing to donate food for the Parent/Teacher Conference Night dinners. Our dedicated teachers and staff begin their conferences at the end of the school day and continue until 9:00p.m. to accommodate parents’ schedules. We provide them with their dinner.
Santa’s Workshop
This fun event takes place very year just before the holidays. There are craft tables as well as many activities for the children, including “Secret Shopping” and “make your own crafts.” Craft Organizers are needed to help plan and organize craft tables. Many volunteers will be needed to help set up inventory, tag items, collect money, oversee sales and wrap gifts. Clean up help from 2-4pm is also needed. A Chair and Co-Chair will be needed supplying a written report of progress, volunteers needed, income received and other items of importance to this event.
Santa’s Breakfast
Held in Conjunction with Santa’s Workshop, this is a Saturday event in December where volunteers are needed to cook and serve breakfast, sell raffle tickets, take pictures of the children with Santa, sell Spirit Wear. Set-up begins at 7:30am, with meal service from 9:00 – 11:00am. Clean – up to follow. Twenty volunteers are needed, as well as a Chair and Co-Chair.
Teacher Appreciation
Provides a week of activities and goodies to show appreciation to the school staff. Planning the week’s activities may take several committee meetings.
Special Projects
These are one time or short term projects. From time to time, when they become available.
